One day

A stain on the ceiling below led to this bathroom, and the bathroom led to the wall behind the basin. The old concealed valve had been weeping for about a year.

What we did

We opened the wall from the cupboard side, replaced the valve and both tails, and left an access panel behind the mirror so nobody has to open plaster again.

One day, plus a return visit to check the ceiling had dried.
