Eleven radiators, three of them cold since 2019. Two other firms had bled them and gone.
What we found
One lockshield valve on the first floor was seized shut, so the far end of the loop never saw hot water. The rest was air that had collected behind it.
What we did
We replaced the valve, balanced the loop radiator by radiator and left a card on the boiler with the settings.
