Most leaks are small and slow, and most of the damage is done before anyone sees water. If you can see it, turn the water off at the main and call.

Finding the leak, with a moisture meter and a thermal camera if it is inside a wall
Isolating that line so the rest of the house has water
A repair in copper or PEX to match what is there
A pressure test before we close anything up
What it costs
A visible leak on an accessible pipe starts at $140. If a wall or ceiling has to be opened, we say so and price it before we cut.
